It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lester D. Wilkes (Towson, Maryland), born in Eugene, Oregon, who passed away on August 19, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his spouse Charlotte Coates Wilkes; his child Cindy Wilkes Thoren (Jon); his grandchildren, Jesse Thoren and Celestine Van Rensselaer; his siblings-in-law, Nancy Wilson (Don) and Mary Kelsey (Gene); and his spouse Lorene Daniels. He is also survived by nieces and 1 beloved nephew.
