With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Matthew Duggins (Towson, Maryland), who passed away on February 23, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his spouse Kimberly Duggins; his children, Madeline Duggins and Callie Duggins; his parents, Darrell Duggins and Bonnie Duggins; his sibling Aimee Corcoran (Sean); and his sibling's children, Will Corcoran, Ethan Corcoran, Jacob Corcoran and Matthew Corcoran.

In lieu of flowers please make a donation in Matthews name to the Helping Up Mission, 1129 E Baltimore Street, Baltimore, MD 21202, or the Concordia Preparatory School.
