Hofferbert (Craig), Stanley Kotula, Robert Kotula, Paul Kotula, Susan Ziegler, Theresa Hofferbert and Joseph Kotula; his grandchildren, Stas, Brooke Kotula, Brie Kotula, Rebecca Kotula, Anna Kotula, Erin Furth, Douglas Burke, Sarah Brandt, Meghan Barnett, Charles Ziegler, Micheal Ziegler, Holly Sebastian, Craig Hofferbert, Courtney Tarlton, Claire Kotula and John Kotula; his great grandchildren, Thomas Kotula, Bailey Kotula, Ava Kotula, Patrick Furth, Mary Claire Furth, Maggie Furth, Jack Furth, Alexander Brandt, Sebastian Brant, Maximilian Brandt, Blake Barnett, Zoe Ziegler, Wyatt Ziegler, Ryan Sebastian and Hannah Hofferbert; and his siblings, Thomas Kotula and Leona Kotula. He is also survived by 16 grand children and 15 great grand children.
