She is survived by: her husband Phillip Smith of Tyaskin, MD; her children, Tina Noble of Hebron, MD and Bruce Smith (Laura) of Nanticoke, MD; her brothers, David Barden (Carolyn) of Neeses, SC and Brian Barden (Brenda) of Mansfield, PA; and her grandchildren, Brandi, Kristi, Corey, Dustin, Riley and Tiffany. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
