She is survived by : her spouse Marion Beckett; her children, Aurbara Beckett Harper and Melvin Beckett (Brandy); her grandchildren, Synerah Beckett and Tsychiais Beckett; her siblings, Jennifer Scott, Regina Thames and Curtis Barrett; her sisters-in-law, Brenda, Alice Beckett, Wanda Bullock and Dr. Doreen E. Barrett; and her close friend Stan Ashford. She is also survived by cousins, extended family and friends.
