He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lester O'Quinn and Maggie D. O'Quinn; his wife Mary Aline O'Quinn; his siblings, Myrtle, Avie, Ruth, Shirley, George, Clarence and Robert; and his son-in-law Robert Shaw.

He is survived by: his children, Joanne Shaw and Larry O'Quinn (Barney); and his grandchildren, Jason, Michael, Christopher, Jeremy, Julee, Ricky, Jeffrey and Perry. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made in Raymond's name to American Cancer Society and Diabetes Foundation.
