It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Spencer Keith Stephens (West Ocean City, Maryland), born in Salisbury, Maryland, who passed away on August 7, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Judy Allen and Jay Stephens Sr.; his siblings, Jay Stephens Jr, Lisa Anderson, Amy Doerzbach and Sara Hambury; and also Jeronia Morsch.
