It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anne Black (Westminster, Maryland), born in Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on August 22, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Anne Black (Anne Catherine); her parents, Joseph Black and Sarah Black (Burnett); and her siblings, Joseph, John and Mary.
She is survived by:, Bachelor of Arts and Emmitsburg. She is also survived by niece, a great niece and great nephew, and her Sisters.
