It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Rowe Jr. of Westminster, Maryland, born in Glen Burnie, Maryland, who passed away on July 25, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Edward Rowe, Sr. and Mary Bette Rowe (Porter); and his sisters, Mary Ellen Sterling and Patricia Jackson. He is survived by : his close friend Frances "Fran" Glorioso (Rogers); his daughter Diana Huey (Brian) of Parkville; and his granddaughter Tabitha.
