It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herschel Pickett Jr. of Westminster, Maryland, born in Woodbine, Maryland, who passed away on March 4, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel Wesley Pickett, Jr. and Doris Ruby Welsh Pickett; and his brothers, Leonard, Pete and David Pickett.

He is survived by: his children, Neil Pickett, Dale Pickett and Janalynn Hassell; and his siblings, Carl, Kenny, Donald, Russell Pickett, Mary Jeannette Cooper, Jeannette Riggleman, Evelyn Stone and Darlene Plank.
