He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wilhelm and Edna Wilhelm (Baublitz). He is survived by: his wife Michelle Anne Wilhelm; his children, Tracey N. Wilhelm-Cieslak of Westminster and Howard E. "Chip" (Deanna Wilhelm, Jr.) of Westminster; and his sister Virginia Foster of Glen Burnie. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces & nephews.
