It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Mann of Westminster, Maryland, born in Hanover, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 29, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles L. Halter and Harviene Schaeffer Halter. She is survived by: her husband Samuel L. Mann; her son Steve; her grandchildren, Frederick, Tim (Kim) of Annapolis, Ed (Janice) of North Potomac, Jeni (Mark Tough) of Baltimore City, Eve (Sean Bowmaster) of Perry Hall, Brooks, Alison, Alex, Brandi, Drew, Joe, Katie, Sam, Paige and Jack; her great grandchildren, Max, Wyatt and Bennett; and her sister Eileen Halter Mummaugh. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
