He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Franklin Norris, Sr. and Doris Joan Waugh Norris; his siblings, Virginia Jennings, James Norris and William Mark Norris; and his brothers-in-law, Larry Jennings and Tony Raper.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Miller Norris; his children, Sharry Lippy of Westminster, Billi Jo Beacham (David) of Manchester, Brian Shipley of Wesley Chapel, FL, Vicki Norris (David Tracey) of Parkton and JoAnn Klasmeier (James) of Manchester; his siblings, Barbara Raper of Manchester, Diane Klingler (Bunky) of Westminster and Kenneth Norris (Bonnie) of Westminster; and his sister-in-law Michelle Norris of Hampstead. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services (254 E Main St, Westminster, MD 21157). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
