It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norma Boone of Westminster, Maryland, born in Pikesville, Maryland, who passed away on October 6, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary E. Carr Lippy and George D. Lippy; her siblings, Grayson, Dorothy, Donald Lippy and Betty Essich; and her son-in-law Ray Ashbrook.
She is survived by: her husband James E. "Jim" Boone; her daughters, Deborah Lynn Miller (Jeff) of Hanover, PA and Sandra Lee Ashbrook of Taneytown; her grandsons, James W. Russ (Lizz) and Michael P. Russ (Anna Clark-Russ); and her great grandchildren, Aubrey and Layla. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to Carroll Hospice, 292 Stoner Ave., Westminster, MD 21157.
