She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Cook and Walter Cook; her brother Walter Cook, Jr.; her husband Louis S. Buttice Sr.; and her children, Bonnie Buttice and Louis S. Buttice Jr..
She is survived by: her sister Diane L. Cook; her daughters, Janet Grillo (George), Betty Matias (Abel) and Deborah Price (William Tutt); her grandchildren, Lisa Reeves (John), Crystal Ball (Ashley), Louis Buttice III, April Telli, Vincent Telli III, Stephanie Rowe Matias, Christina Matias and Shawn Price Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Cassidy, John Reeves IV, Anthony Buttice, Ashlynn Telli, Julianna Matias, Adelina Gordon, Ariana Matias and Brooklyn Smith.
