He was predeceased by : his parents, Sara A. Keyser McGowan and Marvin F. Stoner. He is survived by : his wife Cindy Hadley Stoner; his son Aaron Ashley Stoner of Hagerstown, MD; his grandchildren, Hadley Mae Stoner of Hagerstown, MD and Jackson Bennett Stoner of Hagerstown, MD; his step-mother Alice; his siblings, Rodney Stoner (Peggy) of Chambersburg, PA and Beverly Neideigh (Frank) of Chambersburg, PA; and his pet Zigfield.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 23rd 2021 at 1:00 PM at the Potomac Fish and Game Club (14241 Falling Waters Rd, Williamsport, MD 21795). Masks and social distancing practices will be mandated.
