He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl W. Willey, Sr. and Ida Mae Insley Willey; his son Robbie Willey; and his brothers, Leroy Willey and David Willey.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Willey of Wingate; his daughter Carla Long of Federalsburg; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Willey of Madison and June Willey of Cambridge. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
