He is survived by : his spouse Jean Baker; his children, Roy L. Baker of Woodsboro, Linda Hormes (Geary) of Woodsboro, Paul Baker of Melbourne, FL and Marie Poole (Kevin) of Williamsburg, VA; and his granddaughter Cassandra Poole.
