It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Monroe Williams Sr. (Woodsboro, Maryland), who passed away on February 22, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parent William Leroy. He is survived by : his spouse Judy Haines; his parent Mary Ellen Williams (Browning); his children, Karen Dotterer (Paul), Patricia Phelps (Gregg) and Franklin M. Williams Jr; his grandchildren, Michael Phelps, Andrew Phelps, Rebecca Phelps Wilmoth, Kiley Groft (Nathan) and Maurice "Mo" Williams; his great grandchildren, Bradley Phelps, Brandon Phelps, Dominic Rossi-Phelps, Lily Wilmoth and Ryder Groft; his niece Melissa Clayton; his brothers, James B. Williams (Sonny), Robert L. Williams and Maurice L. Williams Sr; his nephew Maurice L. Williams Jr; and also Randy Workman.
