It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeffery Owens Wallace (Worton, Maryland), born in Chestertown, Maryland, who passed away on August 20, 2019, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Joan Virginia Owens and James George Wallace Jr.; and his sister JoAnn Cecile Collins. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
