She was predeceased by : her parents, Ellis Willett and Elise Mae Willett; her former life partner Maurice Wilton Wheeler; her son Wayne Maurice Wheeler; her husband Lewis Murphy; and her siblings, Guy Willett, Evelyn Abell and Aurilee Maddox.

She is survived by : her daughter Mary Ann Emmert; her son-in-law Rick Emmert; her grandsons, Anthony (Renay) and Corey Emmert (Serena); and her great grandchildren, Ryleigh, Savana, Julian, Kai, Asher Emmert and Reese Emmert. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
