He is survived by : his children, Barbara Latulippe, Steven Maxwell and Colonel Scott Maxwell; his siblings, Richard Maxwell of Auburn, ME and JoAnne Edwards of Auburn, ME; and his grandchildren, Brandon Latulippe, Nicole Latulippe, Austin Maxwell, Chandler Maxwell, Victoria Maxwell, Yasmina Ganieva-Maxwell and Askar Maxwell.
