It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Wakefield Sr. (Auburn, Maine), born in Burlington, Vermont, who passed away on May 31, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold F. Wakefield and Ida M. Wakefield (Fisher); and his sibling H. P. Wakefield MD. He is survived by : his brother Richard R. Wakefield; his wife Mary M. Wakefield; his children, Robert D. Wakefield Jr. of Sudbury, MA, Deborah J. Wakefield (Robert W. Coakley) of Portland, ME, Sarah A. Wakefield of Auburn, ME, John M. Wakefield (Katherine) of Albuquerque, NM, Martha Wakefield (Pip Shepley) of Belmont, MA and Michael H. Wakefield of Auburn, ME.; his grandchildren, Robbie, Lesly Wakefield, Molly, John, Katherine Coakley, Erin, Jake, Trevor Kenealy, Kaitlyn, Ethan Wakefield and Christine Wakefield; and his great grandchildren, Zen, Rawryn Wakefield and Jackson Kenealy.
