With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alice Hibbert of Augusta, Maine, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 30, 2020 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick M. Doyle and Mary Fitzgerald Doyle; her sons, Clifford Colfer Jr. (Chip) and Patrick Colfer (Pat); and her siblings, Thomas Doyle of Dorchester, MA, Mary Lang of Riverside, CA, Patricia Irwin of San Antonio, TX and Robin Leahy of Bellingham, MA..
She is survived by: her son William (Kathryn) of Manchester; her husband Clifford W. Colfer, Jr.; her former husband Gerald Hibbert; her children, Margaret Doyle (Peter Baily) of Hallowell and Joseph Colfer (Cynthia) of Chelsea; her daughter-in-law Susan Colfer (Patrick) of Bingham; and her children, Eileen (David Turner) of Washington, Kathleen Colfer of Chelsea and Kevin (Bonnie Colfer) of West Gardiner. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 virus, there will be no funeral and committal services will be private.
