He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Mills and Mae Mills (Noyes); his wife Constance Mills (Lajoie); and his children, Gary Mills (Kimberly) of Augusta, ME, Scott Mills of Augusta, ME, Susan Mills (Rick Bonnett) of Bowdoin, ME and Karen Tracy (Dave) of Jefferson, ME. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
