He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Adams and Ellen Adams; his wife Joan Adams; his sister Clara Jean Chavis; his half-brother Bobby Gene Hall; and his children, William (Becky), Thomas (Donna), Patricia and Rebecca Stevens (Earl). He was also cherished by seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
