He is survived by: his children, Kenneth E. Bridgham (Rochelle) of Mt. Vernon, Cindy S. Boucher (Ronald) of Vassalboro, Scott D. Bridgham (Jamie) of Oregon and Carrie Boudway of West Gardiner.
