He was predeceased by: his parent Virginia Farrington; and his half-sister Cathey Swan of North Carolina. He is survived by: his spouse Lawrence Maylin; his children, Jeff Maylin of West Gardiner and Janis Maylin of Augusta; his grandsons, Jeffrey Maylin of Hallowell and Jonathan Maylin of West Gardiner; and his close friends, Ed Maddox of Chelsea and Jean of Glenridge.

Before Alzheimer's came along and so rudely inserted itself into his life, Dad was anything but boring.
