He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Emery and Eleanor Smith Emery; and his brother Walter. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Norwood Emery; his brother Robert Emery of Augusta; his sons, Rickie Emery of St. Petersburg, Florida, Timothy Emery (Marsha) of Wiscasset, Maine and Thomas Emery (Celeste) of North Yarmouth, Maine; and his grandchildren, Benjamin, Jacob, Lauren, Isaak, Siana and Marinna. He is also survived by his three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
