He is survived by: his wife Angela M. Mullen (Hinck); his children, Shawn E. Mullen, Karen Lock, Dale H. Mullen (Deborah) and Tammy M. Phillips (Mullen); his sister Lisa E. Levine; and also Matt Wilcox. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and many cousins as well as countless numbers of friends.
