He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence P. Libby and Barbara Libby (Froberger); and his half-brother J. Palmer Libby. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Perry Libby of Manchester; his children, Matthew E. Libby (Suparinya Mungtanya) of Belgrade, Laura A. Libby (Charles Veilleux) of Skowhegan and Suzanne M. Libby of Belmont, MA; his granddaughters, Amanda J. Lawrence, Joanna M. Veilleux, Sadie B. Libby, Sophia M. Libby and Emma C. Libby; and his great grandchildren, Julia, Owen and Molly.
