Cook (Christine Abate) of Hallowell; his daughter-in-law Susan Beaulieu of Readfield; his significant other Florence Vogt of Augusta; his brother Richard Beaulieu of Chelsea; his grandchildren, Laura, Steven, Rebecca and Matthew; and his great grandchildren, Ryleigh, Logan and Aaron. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
