He was predeceased by: his parent Everett C. Rowe; his wife Theresa Rowe; his son David Rowe; his siblings, Earlene Rowe Bolduc and Edmund Rowe; and his significant other Hilma Meader.

He is survived by: his parent Leona Rowe (Giguere); his daughter Rose Rowe of Benton; and his granddaughter Jennifer Davis (Kurt) of Benton. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-granddaughters.
