He was predeceased by: his mother Denise Pinkham. He is survived by: his father Gary H. Pinkham; his stepmother Vickie Pinkham; and his sisters, Bonnie R. Wormwood (Chris) of Westport Island and Maggie M. Brown of Jefferson. He is also survived by niece and 4 nephews, also many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
