He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold L. Chadwick and Nell M. Chadwick (Johnston); his wife Thelma R. Chadwick; his granddaughter Jennifer Keliher-Paquette; and his siblings, Carolyn G. McVicker, Patricia C. Erickson and James M. Chadwick.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma G. Reed; his daughters, Gwyneth C. Quimby (Darrel) of Augusta and Meredith N. Chadwick of Mashpee; his grandchildren, Justin, Myriah, Rory, Megan, Molly, John and Albie; and his great grandchildren, Addisyn, Kiley, Dharma, Phoibe, Max, Charisma and Kevin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
