He was predeceased by: his brother Bruce Tompkins. He is survived by: his parents, Benoit J. Garand and Jeannette M. Garand (Colford) of Augusta; and his brothers, Richard Garand (Sally) of Manchester and Gary Garand of Weston, WI. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many special friends.
