She was predeceased by: her parents, Fannie Cushman and Guy Cushman; her husband Gary L. Lewis; and her sister Jean. She is survived by: her children, Sue (Randy), Shawn, Joy (Kim), Lori (Kate) and Katy; and her grandchildren, Zoey, Jacob, Drew, Riley and Morgan.
