He was predeceased by: his brother Paul A. Miner. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen; his sons, Andrew and Zachary; his brothers, Alan (Patty) and David (Lynne); and his granddaughters, Ana and Serena. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to do so are invited to make memorial contributions.
