It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia A Blethen (Augusta, Maine), who passed away on January 3, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Skonberg and Maude Rogers Skonberg; her husband Paul Blethen; her son-in-law Butch Champagne; her niece Pamela Lowery; and her great grandchild Kiersten Fiandaca.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Champagne of Vassalboro, Donna Nixon (Jill) of Gulfport, FL, David Nixon (Tina) of Winthrop, Brenda Whitney (Peter) of Augusta and Bradley Nixon (Wanda) of Windsor; her stepchildren, Linda Smith (Allen) and Vicki Crommett (Craig); her sister Bette Seymour (Alfred) of Randolph; her former husband Walter Nixon of Florida; and her friend Doris "Winkie" Casey. She is also survived by several grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Donations in her memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
