He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Betit and Jeannette Betit; his wife Debbie; his sons, Chris of Brunswick and C. J. (Laura); his grandson Alex of Fort Fairfield; his siblings, David of Augusta and Liz of Hallowell; his siblings-in-law, Sharon Brown of Brunswick and Kendall Brown (Cheryl) of Flint, Michigan; his nephew Jamie (Meredith Jensen); his nieces, Darcee (Benji Adams), Jessica of Gardiner, Brianna Martin of West Gardiner and Hannah Brown-Lopes (Patrick); and his brother Eddie Betit.
