He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Vatcher and Fanny Mae Vatcher (Drinkwater); his son Philip Vatcher; and his brother Edward Vatcher. He is survived by: his children, Donna M. Vatcher of Wales, Stephen Vatcher (Sue) of Lewiston and Richard Vatcher (Rita) of Framingham, MA; and his brother Howard Vatcher of Swampscott, MA. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren and 8 step-great-grandchildren.
