He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll and Ernestine; and his brother Harold Chayer. He is survived by: his pet Lacee; his sons, Steve (Tricia Chayer) and Dave (Olivia Chayer); and his grandchildren, Hope Chhum of Medford, Stevie Chayer, Peter Chhum and Brayton Chayer.
