He is survived by: his parents, Edward Sylvain and Elsie Sylvain (Peters); his daughters, Geneva Smith, Nora Sylvain and Karin Hand; his stepdaughter Sharon Wright; his daughters, Theresa and Patricia; his brother Edward Sylvain; his former wife Shirley Wright; and his grandchildren, Chrystal Parker, Gerald Davis, Michael, Kerrie and Scotty Kelly. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
