He is survived by: his mother Mary Russell (Belayne); his sister Sandra (Richard Stuart); and his siblings-in-law, Stephen Cough (Cheryl) of Washington, Teresa Rizzo of Maryland, Paul Cough (Ingrid) of North Carolina, Rosalind Jellison (Brian) of Maine and Anne Cough of Maine. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
