Virginia Crabtree Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Crabtree (Augusta, Maine), who passed away on August 15, 2018, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Green and Doris Green; her husband Clayton W. Crabtree; her daughters, Audrey Maxim and Kay Kimble; and her siblings, Harold Green, William Green (Bill), Alton Green (Al), Mildred Breton of Augusta, Gloria Foster of Augusta and Dolly Cadwell of Louisiana.

She is survived by: her daughter Elaine Maxim (Gerry) of Hallowell; her grandsons, Shawn Hoyle (Nicola) of Sidney, Wes Sproul of Augusta and Dewey Sproul (Amanda) of Pittston; her great grandchildren, Cassandra Sproul of Rockland, Selena Sproul of Sidney, Zachariah Sproul of Sidney, Clayton Sproul of Sidney and Teanna Sproul of Pittston; her cousins, Donna Crockette (Dave) of Augusta and Bill Rollins of Augusta; her sister-in-law Jackie Green of Augusta; and her friend Dot Allen of Augusta. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
