He was predeceased by: his wife Jane Longfellow Cullen. He is survived by: his children, John (Natasha) of Topsham, Peg (Ron) of Hollis and Kate (Brent) of East Falmouth; his grandchildren, Allyson, Heather, Andrew and Emily; and his great grandchildren, Layla and Jacob.

In lieu of flowers, Bill's family suggests donation to the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Waterville at the Alfond Youth And Community Center, 126 North Street, Waterville, Maine 04901.
