He is survived by: his daughter Sara Carley Morris; his grandson Blaze Morris of Bangor; his brothers-in-law, Walter A. Harrison of California and O. Vernon Joyner of Virginia; his nephews, Rick, John, Bill, Bob Harrison of California and V. Douglass Joyner; and his niece Martha Gay Joyner of Virginia. He is also survived by friends, and their beloved dog, Buddy, who became Bill's partner.
