He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Neale and Ernestine Neale (Leighton). He is survived by: his children, Patti Wormell of Manchester, ME and Stephen Troy Neale (Jennifer) of Bangor, ME; his grandchildren, Micah, McKenzie Wormell, Hunter, Cole and Parker Neale; his siblings, Tina Barzyk of Bangor, ME, Kenneth Neale, Jr. (Marie) of Topsham, ME, Cheryl Neale of Tiverton, RI and Eleanor Martell of Green Bay, WI; his aunt Miriam Libby of Baileyville; and his close friend Aggie Stoddard. He is also survived by seven nephews.
