The passing of Alton Wesley Williams Jr. (Bangor, Maine), born in Augusta, Maine leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on April 20, 2024 at the age of 72. He was predeceased by : his parents, Alton Wesley Sr. and Eleanor Williams (Rowe); and his siblings, Clinton Williams and Sharon Plato. He is survived by : his wife Chris Hewes; his daughter Sarah Cousins (Bob); his grandchildren, Virginia Clark and Patrick; his son Bob Williams (Bethany); his grandchildren, Nolan, Ruby and Sam; and his siblings, Gail St. Hilarie of Bradenton, FL, Dale (Lisa) of Bowdoin and Jeremy (Lydia) of Livermore Falls. He is also survived by aunt, and uncle, and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Brookings-Smith (133 Center St, Bangor, ME 04401). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, May 6th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Cote Funeral Home (87 James St, Saco, ME 04072). A burial will be held on Monday, May 6th 2024 at the Laurel Hill Cemetery (293 Beach St, Saco, ME 04072).
