Dowd of Brewer; and her sisters-in-law, Patty Dowd Kelley (Richard Kelley) of Brewer and Karen Dowd Schwartz (Robert Schwartz) of Savannah, TN. She is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins and more friends.
